Festival To Return To All Saints’ Church For 2023

The historic All Saints’ Church is the traditional home of Brightlingsea Christmas Tree Festival, but last year for the 2022 edition the Festival moved temporarily to its sister church St James’ in Victoria Place while essential restoration and construction work was undertaken at All Saints’. We are delighted to confirm that the restoration work and the building of a new toilet and kitchen facility have now been completed and that for 2023 Brightlingsea Christmas Tree Festival will once again return to its proper home.

The restoration work included essential repairs to the famous church tower, which is such a vital landmark to the local community. The completion of the new toilets and kitchen facility will be a great benefit to our festival allowing us to further improve the refreshments we can offer and meaning no more treks down the path to the port-a-loos! Money raised by the Festival was used to help fund this work and we are all looking forward to seeing the new facilities in action this year.

The 2023 Festival will take place from Friday 8 to Sunday 10 December and you can now enter your tree for the festival via our online entry form.
