ENTRY FOR THE 2020 FESTIVAL WILL OPEN IN THE AUTUMN
Brightlingsea individuals, families, charities, churches, schools, shops, businesses, clubs and societies are invited to provide and decorate a tree for display in All Saints’ Church. Proceeds will be divided between All Saints and St James churches. Trees can be any size or shape, fresh or artificial; as far as decoration is concerned, the only limit is your imagination and afterwards your tree goes home with you for Christmas.
Trees can be decorated at the church or brought ready-decorated. Power is available for lights. The on site electrican will supply a long flex for lights to be tested. He will then connect them when all the trees are in place.
Entries can be made online and will be accepted for trees in four judging categories (visitors will vote for their favourites) – Child Individual, Child Group/Family, Adult Individual and Adult Group. When entering please also let us know which of the following four different size categories your tree fits into to help us in planning the layout of the trees – up to 2′ (60cm), 2′ to 4′ (60cm to 120cm), 4′ to 6′ (120cm to 180cm) and over 6′ (180cm).
Online Entry will open in the Autumn
Entries will close on Friday 4 December.
